Hearings and Court Appearances
Bill is an experienced litigator, who has argued before NAFTA Binational Panels, and presented the U.S. positions in WTO disputes. Bill has been part of the legal team representing the United State before both WTO dispute settlement panels and the Appellate Body. He has assisted the Department of Justice in preparing for oral argument before U.S. courts, and advised Commerce officials during administrative hearings.
Bill is admitted to practice with the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He can make court appearances, such as status conferences, when you are pressed for time.
Bill is also familiar with the hearing procedures before the Department of Commerce, and can make presentations at such hearings on behalf of your law firm.
